Great product! Very healthy! This power has a negative charge that your body does not absorb. However, because of that negative charge, it takes with it any toxins or metals or anything that shouldn't be in your body! I think it's a great product for anyone! Fast food, tap water, cheap cooking pans, canned food... there's plenty that get's into our bodies that doesn't need to be there. And for those who smoke, or those who might have athletes foot or acne, I very well may help with that.
On the flip side, it can leave you with having to run to the restroom a little more often than usual. So don't take a huge table spoon and then decide to travel! Not a cool gift to be left with, but I love this product. It's healthy, it helps to undo all the daily mistakes of what we should not be eating, and it can't harm you. At least that's what I understand about this product. I've tried mixing with with cranberry juice and vodka to make it easier to take. That didn't work out very well! The best luck I've had has been to sprinkle it on raisins. It says on the bottle to use it for a face mask but there's no harm and getting it into your body. Personally, I feel better and I have more energy.
