I rarely watch Dr. Oz, and have never followed his advice until the show about "Super remedies" (or what every it was called). Dr. Oz had this product as one of his "Super" energy helpers. Supposedly helps increase your energy. The chewables taste good, but don't help with energy. I tried a couple the Dr. Oz's recommendations from that show and found neither did what he said.
