works great! i tryed these in this diet i went on called the perfect bady diet? and used them to thicken foods kike a corn starch would do..by opening caps.
they never made me have to run to the bathroom eaither lol just kept me regular .. they dont have much of a taste that i noticed with foods..and with use of enough in food they kept me fuller ..have to drink water along with them tho.
