Article after article, study after study raves about the benefits of Omega oils.
Well, I took the bait and bought this one, because it contains all 3 oils.
I simply expected better health like getting good blood work...but the results were far greater.
My skin and hair look fabulous i mean really fabulous. My hair grew about 2 1/2 inches (trust me, it was the supplements). I felt better. I even grew beautiful nails (as a former nail biter this is not an easy task for me).
I even lost weight (read Jorge Cruise's 8 Minutes in the Morning to learn why a certain Omega oil does that)!
I have recommended this brand to my entire family, friends, and just about everyone with whom supplementation comes up.
As per usual, Amazon gets you a great deal for these for the price. They have several sizes.
If you have children, I recommend getting this brand (NOW) but the actual oil rather than the pills.
Watch them have beautiful hair, skin, nails, and teeth because of it.
Ladies, if you take this with prenatal vitamins people won't recognize you after a few months.

Super Omega 3.6-9 is a blend of Fish, Borage and Organic Flax Seed Oils. This combination of well-known nutritional oil provides a unique balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids plus Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid. The Omega-3's, Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA, and the Omega-6. GLA, are necessary for the maintenance of cardiovascular, nervous system and skin health.
