I am a diabetic and when I use this product my fasting blood sugars stay normal. When I use other artificial sweeteners my results are usually above 170. I would recommend this too any type 2 diabetics out there. I use the liquid form and sweeten my tea, coffee, shakes with just a few drops. I dont notice any after taste. I stays sweet unlike other sweetners that lose its sweetness after heating, cooking or after the first taste. This is a wonderful product. It makes life easier for those of us with diabetes.
