This product was recommended to me by my doctor after knee surgery. Taken daily I have almost pain free knees. If you forget to take the product its' effect goes away within a few days. Also if I walk alot I will get pain in the worst knee within days. Walking for exercise is not an option for me at this time. I have used CosaminDS for several years now and would highly recommend it.Customer Review: This product works wonders.

Cosamin DS was recommended to me by a friend. I had knee problems and it hurt me to walk up steps. I couldn't believe after taking this product for a week my knee pain went away and I can walk up steps with out pain. I have recommended Cosamin DS to several people since. I bought those for my mother who was really suffering from pain on the knees, this medicine was the last shot before going for operation. THIS IS A MUCH EASIER CAPSULE/PILL TO SWALLOW. WAS USING OSTEO BIFLEX WHICH IS JUST TOO UNCOMFORTABLE FOR ME. COSAMINE SEEMS A GOOD CHOICE AND WORKS WELL FOR ME.
