If you have never taken spirulina before, do not expect this to be delicious. It takes some getting used to, but for spirulina this product is great. As far as the actual nutritional value of spirulina, go to [...]. The nutritional analysis I have found online seems to vary from what is listed on this products label. There is much debate over whether spirulina is as good for you as some claim, so I can only state what I have experienced. I do feel that spirulina helps with my energy level. I just feel better when I take it. I simply mix a teaspoon in a very small amount of apple juice and chug it down quickly. I do not use this everyday as I am slightly fearful of toxins that could potentially be in the product. The label no longer states organic as others have mentioned. My husband uses this daily in his pre-workout shake and he says that he feels a major difference in his stamina and recovery. So, overall it is a good product that seems to give a little boost. Do your research (a good site for info is [...])and if you decide to take this supplement I would definitely choose this one.
