I am struggling with the product. It keeps running out of power (I have replaced the batteries three times in the last month) and every time it does it resets itselfs and you have to re-set your goals, time, date., etc. and sometimes loses all the data you have entered. This device is hard to use and does not have as many common foods in it as it boasts. Additionally, it is hard to add new foods. Another big surprise is that I received 2 instead of one and was charged for both. Aparently you can not buy just one although the ad said I could.Customer Review: Not what I expected

This product is difficult to operate.
Texting on a calculator is cumbersome.
I opted to keep track of totals on a tablet, it's easier.
I end up using the calculator just to look up foods I do not have nutrition labels on.

i hate this thing...the battery dies constantly and loses all of the data that took hours to put it...i am back to paper and pen
