NOW GR8 brand pro-biotic agreed with me with me until I came down with IBS/lactose intolerance/yeast infection, after taking antibiotics. Grrr!
GR8 then caused BAD gas, and diarrhea!- It's FOS, inulin, dairy, were BAD for my IBS...!

No FOS, inulin, soy, or dairy...
Per mfg- Take 30 min to 1hr on an "empty" stomach before meals.
I also take 1 (per cup of milk), NOW Dairy Digest supplement NOW Foods Dairy Digest Complete, 90 Vcaps

I started "sipping" 2tbs of "organic unprocessed" Apple Cider Vinegar with a big glass of water 3x daily (6drops of Stevia per 1tbs, helps cover taste/no sugar!). After your condition improves, you can supposedly drop to 2tsp... 3x daily?
Per mfg- Take upon-rising, mid-morning, mid-afternoon.
Recommended to sip it (don't chug) "deep" in mouth through a straw, for teeth health...
Bragg - Apple Cider Vinegar, 32 oz liquid (highest recommended brand)
I also "SWISH"/rinse my teeth "thoroughly" with water after using (5% acid may harm tooth enamel?).
