I am not taking the full 6 tablets a day dosage yet. I have been taking 2 a day for the past 3 weeks and have already noticed less emotional PMS this cycle (this past week). This is the first month in a long time that I did not have a few awful days to a week of feeling out-of-control, depressed, volatile, hateful toward the world, not-at-all-like myself, and anxious. For two days I had passing irritability moments here and there but nothing close to my previous teetering on the edge of sanity or erupting like a volcano on my husband or kids. In addition to the PMS improvement, I highly recommend Optivite because my energy level has been GREAT these past few weeks. I just keep going and going it seems like the Energizer bunny. Previously, I had been taking a regular women's daily vitamin. Within two days of starting Optivite, I noticed an improvement in my ability to stay alert and focused and remember things. Taking these has been for me like drinking coffee but without the bad jittery/nervous effects of caffeine. (I don't drink coffee for this reason!) Optivite thus far has been my happy energy pill and seems to have made a difference almost immediately.
