I am working from home now and my office chair is a joke compared to my $600 chair at the office. But I like it. It's small and fits my work at home office space. I had a small support back rest that just did not work well, even with a rolled up beach towel as a lumbar support for my lower back tucked underneath. I read many reviews on Amazon so that I could find a perfect back support. Many received 4- 5 stars, so it was a hard decision. I decided to give this lumbar roll a try since it is similar to my rolled up beach towel that I stuck behind my lower back. Well, I could not be more pleased. After only 10 minutes of sitting in my chair with this Roll, my back felt 100% better. No backache when I got up from my chair as has been the case recently. It's very firm and I think will do the trick. It's just what I was looking for. I can move it up or down depending upon where I need to place it. 100% satisfied !
