This "improved" version of the company's old blowup lumbar pillow folds up into a bulky package that makes it inconvenient. The old kind fit easily into one's pocket. Worse, this thing doesn't give nearly as much support. Not worth it.Customer Review: Lasted 9 months, now it leaks

Bought February 2010, as of November 2010, now when you put weight on it, it deflates, and if you deflate it, it reinflates itself within a few minutes.
I used it on a few airplane trips and a couple long car rides. Maybe 10 or 20 times total.
When it worked, it really was a good product. For those with a bad back, made air travel bearable, and easily fit in your carry on. If it hadn't of failed, I would have given it 4 stars, not 5 because it was really not as compact as it could have been for travel.
But it should last longer than 9 months. Now I have to find another one. I shouldn't have to do this twice in one year. One star.

This product does not self inflate enough to be of help with supporting the back. The customer service has been awful in returning the $14.00 product. It has been several weeks and I still do not have a refund. The company says they have returned the product to the manufacturer to see if it is defective. In addition they charge a restock fee if it is not defective. I believe this has been way to hard for $14.00 and I would recommend using a local back store as I did to get a high quality support and save yourself this annoyance.Customer Review: No refunds

I tried this product in my car for about a week. It will not stay in place, and my back pain actually got worse. I contacted seller for a refund as I felt the product did not perform as advertised. They said once the package is opened there are no refunds. So be sure this item is what you want,because once you open the package it's yours, even if you never use it.
