Having suffered from allergies and the sore throats and colds that go with them for over 40yrs. This procduct makes life much easier. Using the spray to keep my sinuses clear and moist makes all the difference. It keeps sinus drip caused by my constant allergy congestion from escalating into sore throats and colds. Using the spray is much better than taking sudfed or other allergy drugs that make you sleepy or gives you headaches. It is not a perfect solution, But it does allow you to at least take a proactive approach to maintaining good health. It is a relief to know that I will not have to endure a major sore throat outbreak everytime my allergies flare up. Daily use in the mornings to clear your sinus also keeps the risk of cold and flu infections to a minimum. I keep a spray can at work as well, most work areas are very dry and tend to increase the risk catching something from your coworkers. Just a couple of shots during the day help keep you safe. I would recomend this product to anyone looking for sinus relief. It is also prescribled for patients at local hospitals.
