Customer Review: Bad design for most activities

This is a new design of the ultra-durable insoles -- and the bottoms of these are now a soft, slippery plastic material. For running, heavy or fast walking, or hiking, these insoles slide forward in the shoe, bunch up under the toes, and cause enough discomfort to force me to remove them from the shoe. And once the insole gets creased due to this bunching up, it's useless in a shoe, as it bunches up immediately. The older design was a rubbery bottom surface that really didn't allow slippage (and once the insoles were in place for a few wearings, they would actually stick to the bottom of the shoe) -- no movement, no bunching up.
My only recourse for active usage is to use contact cement to permanently anchor the insole to the bottom of the shoe (or in my case, my orthotics)...but I don't want to go through that for every pair of running shoes and hiking boots I have.
The insoles do work for business shoes, or other shoes where you're not doing anything particularly active.
I have sent the company an email asking what models they offer that would do what I'm looking for...and the old model is still available in the UK. But it's been almost a month and zero communication from the company. I'm looking elsewhere.
