I spend lots of time outdoors in the afternoon and evening, and am frequently eaten alive. My backyard is a breeding ground, and I spend a minimum of 2 hours at a dog park each day.
That said, I'm always on the lookout for a good insect repellent, and am tired of spraying myself down multiple times daily.
So far, the Off Clip-on repellent is working great! I've been happy w/ it whether I'm standing still or moving around. The product itself is a bit bulky and awkward to wear, though if I'm just sitting on the patio, I clip it to the chair. I've been relatively bite free in the 3 times I've used it, which is quite the contrary to even 5 minutes in my own yard! So far, I'm a fan!

Someone purchased one of these for me, and I had serious doubts that it would work. I have been staying in at dusk because the mosquitoes are so bad it's painful to be out. Tonight I had to do something, went out and in just a few minutes I had 3 bites and was doing nothing but killing mosquitoes. Remembered I had the Off Clip On and gave it a try. I was amazed at how well it worked. I was out for over an hour, moving around, planting some plants and not one bite. Hung it on my belt and my entire body was safe, head to toe. I would see the mosquitoes flying near me and then fly away. A little expensive when you include batteries, but still love it, great product.Customer Review: Using since May - so far, so good

It's quite interesting that there's such a disparity in the reviews. I live in east Texas and the mosquitos are heinous. Sprays and lotions really don't work too well, because after 15 minutes in the heat and humidity they've been sweated off. My sister in law in California recommended the Clip On and I thought I'd have to hang them all over me like Christmas tree ornaments. Much to my delight, one hanging from my shorts pocket seems to do the trick. I garden early in the morning and in the evening when the little buggers are most active. I have also placed one next to my mom who sits on the patio in the evening. I hope they continue to be succesfull.Customer Review: Won't go outside without it

This works great! We have the type of mosquitoes that are out day and night. The area where we live does not spray for mosquitoes. You go outside for any length of time and you will get bit by one. Ever since I started using the Off Clip On I can finally work out in the yard for hours without having to worry about mosquitoes. This is my second year of using it. Bought several packs of refills to get me through the summer. I would recommend this to anyone whose area doesn't spray for mosquitoes and who likes to work out in their yard.Customer Review: Seems to work

This clip-on device blows the repellent vapor forward and downward. Clipped onto your belt, it basically keeps the mosquitoes away. It does not provide an excuse for walking around naked in mosquito-infested areas, however - you will still get bitten! I got 3 for the family, and we used them while gardening, walking, etc. My wife carried one daily on her 15-minute walk to and from the train station, and also found it useful on the station platform, where mosquitoes were plentiful.
