My daughter had a hard time passing her stools when she was born. When she was three months old I started adding a teaspoon of these milled flax seeds, and was surprised at how much her problem improved. Her difficulties disappeared by the time she reached seven months, but I kept adding the teaspoon to her cereal. Besides providing healthy omega 3 and 6 acids, the flax helps her any time her stools might be a little hard. I even started taking it myself, sprinkling it to my salads. Very happy with the Omega Nutrition Cold Milled Flax Seeds. Again super fast delivery and packaged very well. I dish out enough to sprinkle on our food for a few days and then store the bag in the freezer. One of our former vets suggested feeding our Lhasa Apso dog about a 1/2 teaspoon of flax-seed every day for a healthy coat and in addition to eliminating infected anal glands. So every member of our family enjoys flax seed sprinkled on our puddings, cereal, yogurt, or main meal.Customer Review: Good product

This milled flaxseeds are pretty tasty and I can see it is a good quality. It has some rough taste but no problem eating with hot cereals.
