It comes with batteries, so it's ready to go out of the package. Took my a min to set up. Didn't even need to read the directions. But, if you need to they are short and simple.
Take first thing in the morning for the best accuracy. Take at the same time of day for consistency.
Hold your hands out straight. Fast reading.

Thought it was a great price so I bought 2 so when one disappears I'll have the second. Keeping track of Body Fat Makes much more sense than BMI.
I run, swim and lift on a regular basis with 18% BF at 50 but am rated as borderline obese. Thought it be good to motivate coworkers. IT people tend to get the video spread.

The Fat monitor is a wonderful product, I had never used Amazon to order any products before. However, i will be ordering products from here on. I am using this monitor in my fitness classes. It is simple to ues. very user friendly. I recieved the product on time, was very impress with the process of the company.

I am a nutritional coach and I have found this product to be very accurate and easy to manuever. I have compared results with a very expensive hospital scale that calculates BMI and fat % and the results were almost the same i.e. fat%=20.5 (OMRON) the other scale 20.3. I am so glad that I got it. It is so easy to use plus fits anywhere.Customer Review: Does what it is supposed to, for a very good price

The Omron is inexpensive, easy to use, and provides consistent and repeatable body fat measurements if you follow the instructions.
Yeah, there are ways to get more accurate body fat measurements, but not at home in less than a minute. And certainly not from a device that costs anywhere near as little as the Omron.
