This scale was a serious upgrade over my old analog scale. It seems to be very consistent with weight measurements without a lot of fluctuation that you see on some digital scales. The body fat percentage and index measurements are close to what my doctor tells me so I'm fairly confident that they are correct as well. Great scale for everyday use with some neat functions beyond weight measurement.Customer Review: So far, so good!

I've only owned this scale for about a month now, but I am very pleased with it. It seems accurate and consistant, easy to program, easy to use, and doesn't make any beeps or other annoying sounds that announce to the entire house that you are checking your weight. I especially like the meters on the bottom of the display that show if your BMI or Body fat are within, below, or above range.Customer Review: Great Tool for Health!

Finally I am able to see a true representation of what is happening when I am trying to lose weight/fat and incorporating a workout program. I love the memory function so I can track my progress. The visceral fat feature is VERY important is this is the most dangerous fat and most scales do not have this feature. I highly recommend it and for a great price. This product is very acurate and easy to use. The insturtions to set it up and use were very easy to understand and easy to do. The weight was the same as the doctor's office and the fat content the same as taken at my LA Fitness sports facility the same day. I really like the product and would recemend it to anyone. This is the first scale I've purchased in about 10 years and I'm very pleased with it. The features are easy to use (BMI and %fat). I've found it very helpful to be able to track more than just actual weight. It's nice to know how much body fat I'm losing as well as weight. This helps increase my motivation because I can tell I'm not losing just water weight but body fat.
