If you're looking for a pedomoter that just keeps track of your steps, then this is the pedometer for you! This keeps track of the last 7 days -- automatically! Once you set the time on the pedometer, all you have to do is put it on and go -- no resetting required! This pedometer is a "no-brainer" -- especially when you don't need all of the other "fancy" things that come with today's pedometers. The only setup required is the time -- everything else is automatic!
This is actually my second one, as the first one fell in the toilet as I was cleaning it! Now I have a little "pedometer lanyard" that I attach to my pants so that will never happen again!

I began wearing my pedometer as a challenge that St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN gave to staff and faculty - six weeks of competition to see who could have the most steps and challenged us all to walk the distance as if it would be between Northfield, MN to Florida. The longer I wore the pedometer the more exciting it became to see if I could outdo the day before. The program is completed, but now I wear it every day as part of my wardrobe ("can't leave home without it") and it's a constant reminder for me to stay active and I feel so much healthier - an added benefit! I bought three of these for my kids after attending a brain health seminar. It has motivated them to be more active. In the first week I could not get them to stop moving until they had 10,000 steps recorded. I purchased the safety cord with them and would highly recommend spending the $1.25 as insurance. So far, they have been reliable, accurate, well built, and a good value. If you want a slightly better model with more features, go with the Omron 112 which I bought for myself. Although it is slightly larger, you save the $1.25 because it comes with a safety cord and is an even better value for the difference of $6.Customer Review: Simple indeed

I've had this pedometer for almost a year now, and I wear it daily, sometimes in my pants pocket and sometimes clipped to my belt. It's discreet - no clicking sound. It still works fine, the clip hasn't broken, and the battery hasn't run out. I've tested it for accuracy, and it does well for walking on flat ground and "running on the spot" (both within 1%). It falters a little on stairs, and I haven't tested it when running. As for the "10,000 steps" program I follow using it, I feel it beneficial - I walk more than I used to and I've lost weight, with little to no adjustment in my diet.Customer Review: Well worth it!

Pros - very durable, has 7 day memory, very easy to use, cute (matches everything), has a clock, and very accurate.
Cons - Some of the fitness participants have dropped their pedometers several times but they all have kept working, except for one. Other than that, no other cons to list.
Our entire department at work purchased this pedometer based on the reviews it had receive on Amazon. They all love their pedometer. Some had used different brand pedometers before and say that this pedometer outshines the others. Everyone is absolutely happy with their purchase.
