These vitamins have made a dramatic difference in the way I feel each day! About 30 minutes after I take them, I get an incredible happy/giddy feeling that lasts for hours--similar to the effects of the pain pills they give you after surgery. I've been told I am a moody person, but these vitamins effect me like an anti-depressant. They keep me in a good mood ALL DAY LONG!!! I <3 them. On top of that, after the first couple weeks of taking them, I noticed that my appetite has decreased DRAMATICALLY. I get full more easily, and do not have any real cravings the way I used to. I need to lose about 47 pounds because the Wii says I am obese lol, so I've never been one of those skinny girls that go, "Oh, I forgot to eat today." Um...Ok, on this vitamin? There have been several days when I have literally been THAT GIRL who has forgotten to eat. I just literally do not think about food at all.
After 10-12 days of being on the vitamins, the happy feeling was practically constant, and now after about 2-3 weeks, I don't think about food, and have no cravings. So I'm *really* glad I didn't stop taking them after the first week.
And YES, they DO make you nauseated 10-15 minutes after taking them if you don't take them with food. It generally only takes a sensible person one or two times of that happening to remember to take them with food. About 2-3 minutes after breakfast or lunch works for me. :)
