I started experiencing menopausal symptoms about 18 months ago, the most noticeable and annoying being the hot flashes and night sweats. I read about this menopause formula and figured it was worth a try. I've been taking it for a month now, and I have noticed a significant decrease in both the frequency and severity of the hot flashes and night sweats. It took about two weeks before I noticed any changes. I haven't had any night sweats for about two weeks, and the hot flashes are more like warm tingles. I was having hot flashes about every 15 or 20 minutes during the day, now it's only 3 or 4 warm spells. I still get a few warm spells during the night, but no more throwing back the covers and dealing with puddles of sweat 10 times a night. Most nights I don't even wake up. Yea! I am very pleased with the results of One A Day Menopause formula and plan to continue using it. It's a little expensive, but for me it's worth it. It works for me! If you decide to try it, give it a few weeks to kick in.
