I started taking these daily over a year ago. Women's One-A-Day are actually one of the few multivitamins approved by Consumer Labs, who review hundreds of brands for quality (matching the actual content of the vitamin with the label). A relief because this vitamin is so affordable!
I have sense enough to not take these on an empty stomach, and thus they have never made me nauseous. A couple months into taking these the quality of my finger nails has improved. I have always had nails that break off once they grow out, but now they area strong. There isn't as much calcium as is recommended for women (1,000 mg/day), but I think that taking that much calcium causes harmful build-up anyway.
I take this every morning with 30 mg ginkgo (for memory), 100 mg B-6 (for anxiety), 600 mg fish oil (for mood stabilization) and 30 mg of Paxil. I then take the additional 30 mg ginkgo and 600 mg fish oil at the end of the day. With this I feel quite good. I do try to keep my diet as healthy as possible, but I know that a "balanced diet" is somewhat of a myth in our society.
