I've been using this protein powder for several years now. After trying many protein powders over the past ten years, this is my favorite. To those that say it is clumpy, you are either not mixing/shaking it well, or you are doing so unproportionately.
I usually make smoothies by putting the following in a blender every morning in this order:
1 scoop of protein, this scoop is included,
add 1/3 (same scoop here) of splenda, they sell splenda by the bag
1 cup of milk, I use skim
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 cup of frozen blueberries (frozen strawberries can be used)
1 cup of ice cubes
Let the blender rip, I've heard of some add a banana to smooth it out some more, however I don't like bananas. You can also add a little bit of benefiber and grind some flaxseed in as well, more protein if you so desire. But the more powders you add the more liquids (i.e. milk, juice, ice) you need to compensate so it is not clumpy.
I have a huge box of 40oz foam cups I bought from a whole sale club that I then fill up with a lid and straw and you are good to go drink it on the way to work. Don't let it sit around for a long time, consume it as soon as you mix it, it tastes better, it's smoother.

This stuff does not taste amazing. In fact, it tastes like watered down muscle milk, if you've ever had that brand. That being said, it does not have all the artificial sweeteners and strange ingredients muscle milk has. You want to avoid anything artificial. Things like sucralose, aspartame etc. aren't particularly good for the human body. Or, at least, their long-term effects haven't been studied enough to determine.
The taste is bearable, and after drinking it for a while, I grew to like the taste. I'm not saying it's bad, it's just bland. Which is better than tasting bad. It is very low in sugar, which is good. It has 24g protein per serving. Whey protein is the best, and this is only $30 after taxes and shipping. Great deal. (I bought the 2lb chocolate kind). I refuse to try the vanilla as I have found that most vanilla protein shakes are disgusting.
So in conclusion, this is all natural (which is great), cheap for the amount you get, has a decent taste (not great, but not bad. It's drinkable!), and as long as you're lifting hard, it will aid you in seeing results. I drink mine immediately after lifting, and sometimes before going to bed as your muscles are recuperating and rebuilding while you sleep. Great product!

This was my first purchase of a Whey Protein mix. I did some research prior to it and went with this one based on previous user reviews. This one taste great, but I don't really have another point of reference. Another PLUS is that it is natural (no artifical sweetners), which is very important to me and something we all should consider.
I have lost over 100 lbs. over the last year and started recently to hit the weights harder. With the increased weight training, I wanted to add more protein to my diet or at least be able to sustain an appropriate level. I don't eat a significant amount of meat products so I needed to supplement my protein intake somehow.
I have noticed a lot of lean muscle development. I can only ASSUME that the WHEY protein is helping. I try to eat a balanced diet and this product with its 24 grams of protein per serving is definitely helping me meet my protein consumption on a daily basis... and as I mentioned, it taste great (I blend it with ice and it comes out nice and thick).

I love this Whey Protein! It really tastes great, I usually mix it with vanilla soy milk or 2% milk and it tastes great either way. I have been using this for a few weeks and have noticed my muscles getting harder and bigger (with light workouts) and am very happy with the results so far. I have been drinking between 1 and 2 shakes a day, usually 1. The great thing about this shake is I have it before bed sometimes (I work out a little before bed) and it fills that sweet craving a lot of people have before bed. Great thing too is that it has very low calorie and carb content compared to some shakes. As others have said, it does change the way your bowel movements smell (gives them a distinct smell) not a terrible one but a distinct one. I know this is kind of gross but I thought I would let people know. Another issue (that isn't that big of a deal) when I bought this it was ~50 bucks at GNC but now they are having a sale on these older flavors (I think rich double chocolate etc are the new ones, I bought Chocolate) for about the same price ~30$, I think it's some sale but its still a great price on amazon. This whey protein optimizes muscle recovery so the next day you will not feel as sore. for my workout plan i take one serving of this after workouts, and i workout 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So basically when i workout hard on monday, come wednesday i wont feel a thing, and will have a lot of energy to workout because well i guess my mindset to get big and beef up. oh and if your not planning to utilize this product as in workout and train hard, do not waste your money and buy this because it is not a miracle product, meaning you will not get muscles out of no where from taking this and doing nothing. all in all the product mixes great, no clumps, i mix it with 8-10oz milk and after i finish it, i pour in some water to get all my nutrition from the whey.

BTW - a little warning i received my product from amazon with the inner seal under the cap OFF, but the outer safety protector plastic was still on so i knew it was safe and not tampered with. so rest to sure dont worry if your inner seal was off or loose, because the outer plastic ring protector covering the cap is secure.
