Decided to try this to supplement my diet when I started to seriously work out. I was extremely surprised with how good it tasted (especially when mixed with milk) and how filling it was. This product is extremely helpful when consumed immediately after workouts. It satisfies your hunger, fuels your body, and helps keep it in good repair for the next day. And like I said before, the best part is that you actually want to drink it! I can't recommend this enough for the person who is looking to add just one thing to their workout diet.Customer Review: Best I have ever used

I am using exactly this product since many years. I like Vanilla best. It contains Stevia and is all natural = no artificial sweeteners! I mix it with skim milk or soy milk and blend in some fruits mostly berries which gives it an antioxidant boost.
Some one was complaining about this product containing Aspartic Acid. I read the online label here and it says Aspartic Acid = 0 (nada, zero, nothing, NULL)
What are you folks talking about?
I can only recommend this, but wish it would cost less, say not more than $35.

I have tried several different types of Whey Isolate. As far as taste, this is clearly the best. Very clean, w/o that chalky after-taste. Best of all, it's "natural". If you're gonna be healthy, workout, eat right and take the appropriate supplements to maximize your training . . . then you should be careful about what you put into your body. There are very few protein supplements on the market that are void of artificial ingredients. This one taste's great, mixes well in my blender bottle, and is better for you. A lot of protein powders taste bad. I simply mix this product with skim milk, in an empty, standard-issue 20 oz plastic bottle. Combined with animal-like weightlifting and an otherwise balanced diet, it has helped me attain my body-building goals. I've been through a half-dozen of these containers over the past year, and I haven't gotten tired of the taste yet. Also, it does not contain artificial sweeteners, which I find to be beneficial, since it's good practice not to consume large quantities of artificial substances.Customer Review: Wish I knew about this before

I recently got back into lifting weights after a 10 year hiatus. I picked up two tubs (vanilla and strawberry, both taste excellent to me) for a protein source. I also wanted something with as few artificial ingredients as possible. Optimum nutrition natural whey delivered 110%. Tastes good, good for me, and very very strong gains after only a month of lifting and using this stuff. I outgrew this free weight set I bought, already. I wish I knew about it years ago. Amazing product, I will be buying more.
