I used to do heavy body building and work outs back in the day when my body was younger than it is now. I didn't care what I put in my mouth just as long it said protein. Yes I got huge muscular and the women which was an extra benefit. Wasn't trying. If you been to an hard core gym you know what I'm talking about. Another story, not important. Well the high cholesterol came, blood pressure, and out of breath going up a flight of steps. So I did some searching for a more natural protein. It wasn't that I was eating so wrong but the stuff that's in the foods and products. Read the labels what they put in these products. By products pig, chemical fed cows milk, sugar than corn syrup, than high corn syrup, dyes, what the he.. I care what color it is. Well anyway I came across Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Natural Whey. Now you can only go by what they say. It's not high in calories or fat. It can mix with almost anything. The price was great when I joined Amazon savings. It's was like $35.00 for 5-pound container. At the stores it cost like $55.00 to $60.00. Now for some reason Amazon doesn't have or can't get it for this price anymore. So maybe Spirit is telling me to get grass fed cow protein for sure. Meaning that it says it is. My body is approaching 60 now and I'm taking better care of it now. Still muscular but more define. But I tell you watch out for what you eat and what you feed your kids. They are killing the animals wrong stuffing them in unfit small places where they die for lack of space, feeding them crap, and people wonder why or where cancer comes from. You think the FDA cares about us. We better learn to search and take care of ourselves. Ahhhh, I'm getting started. Another, another story. Well I hope this review Blesses someone. I feel better than I did at my heavy weight ( 250lbs) now 205lbs at 6'1. But for some reason the women keeps comming. Maybe it's the Spirit that dwells in me so they can hear the WORD. You think?
