Not as strong as other pre-workout drinks but I don't enjoy felling like I'm cracked out at the gym. The flavor is great in my opinion. I was kind of disappointing that it wants you to take 3 servings before working out but I would still consider the bang for the buck to be fair compared to other drinks.
