This product helps aid recovery. I will probably hold off on buying it again just because the amount of glutamine already in my protein supplements is sufficient. If you already get 10-15 grams of glutamine through protein supplements and you are not a serious bodybuilder just someone working out to get in better shape this is unnecessary. Also it is annoying to take 5 caps post workout and another 5 caps before bed as recommended. Who wants to swallow that many caps in addition to other vitamins and supplements?
