Customer Review: Gingivitis or Periodontal disease?

I have had my gums bleeding for about 15 years. As most of us, I never paid attention.
It is only of late, it started to get worse and I started to see canker sores in my mouth frequently.
Also, my gums would swell and stay like that for sometime. That was the point when I realized that something was seriously wrong. I still am not sure whether my problem is gingivitis or periodontitis. I realize that periodontitis is the advanced stage of gingivitis.
I was mulling to see a dentist or periodontist to check what stage I am at. In my research, I discovered OraMD. More than about the product, I was interested in user reviews. They looked very very good. Then I thought I
should give this a try before I even see a dentist. It has been 3-4 months since I started using it.
I don't want to claim drastic results, but YES, there are differences I started to experience. I don't bleed a lot now, while brushing. DEFINITELY NO CANKER SORES. Swelling is still there, probably I have to give OraMD a few
more months. I will see a dentist for cleaning, but before I go and see one, I want to get better.
Yes, I would recommend this product.
PS: My only concern is, is OraMD for the patients battling with gingivitis only OR also Periodontal disease?
