I've been using this product since October, 2009 after my dental hygienist and periodontist advised me to have surgery. Matter-of-fact, the Periodontist seems most upset that I had not done it yet. I started using this product and about two months I realized that my teeth were no longer sensitive to cold. The pain that I sometimes experience is gone and my gums looks really healthy and pink. I went back to the hygienist yesterday and she acted really cold towards me because I guess she's still upset that I haven't had the surgery done. She took x-rays but didn't give me results. After she did the cleaning she checked the pockets and again she didn't say anything. She usually say it's getting worse and you really need to have this done. When the regular doctor came in to check he asked me whether my teeth were sensitive and happily I replied no. He checked and said that some of the teeth were loose but I've heard that before. I told him and the hygienist that I will think about the surgery. There's nothing to think about I am not having that done. I am out of the ORAMD but is about to order again because if it got rid of the sensitivity and pain I am sure it will help with the gum disease. In the end she said that she knew someone that gum disease was worse and after the surgery they were so much better. Well, I spent $3000 for the orthodontist to straighten out my teeth and my teeth are still gaped, same office. And he informed me that sometimes it doesn't work. Well, the periodontist told me that sometimes it doesn't work. So you want me to go through all that pain and it might not work. I don't think so.Customer Review: i'm scared too used this product

i started using this product the other day for my receding gums and i just noticed my oral B plastic toothbrush broke and the styrofore cup that i used melted. i know it's 100% pure oil so what i did i have a peppermint oil 100% here and tried a few drops into the cup and it didn't melt. so if it's oil how come it's to strong and now i'm so scared to use it because it might cure my receding but my teeth might cracked and all gone.
