Aside from a prescription solutions, this is the only real relief for canker sores. Gently blot the sore with a tissue. Apply a small dab of this cream onto it, then run your tongue over it and it forms a seal that will last for anywhere from an hour to a couple of hours depending on how well you can leave it alone. Relieves pain immediately with no pain involved like so many canker medications. Additionally because this actually forms a seal around the sore, it will help it to heal a little a bit faster. Works great at night or before meals as well. Highly recommended.
