Customer Review: Well worth the higher price

I used to buy these all the time just because I thought they were pretty and because my mother was paying for them. I recently was forced to buy my own and decided to be more "frugal" because I thought theses were purely decorative.
After a few weeks of trying normal priced(about $2.50), brand name toothbrushes I was stunned by the difference. My smile is noticeably less white and I'm having issues with what I guess is plaque along my gum line and this sort of fuzzy feeling to my teeth between brushing. I've also found the bristles of the cheaper toothbrushes to be either too soft to be of any use, or too hard (no matter how gently I try to brush) to use without spitting blood afterwards.
I never had any of these issues before, and my mouth just felt cleaner overall when using the Oral-B toothbrush. I realize now that it is more than worth the difference in price and, by comparison, find the idea of using other manual toothbrushes rather icky.
I will be switching back ASAP.
