I am a colgate 360 toothbrush user. When my current brush was getting old, I bought this(in a pack of 6!) to give it a try. The extra soft version of OralB is much firmer than the colgate 360. It's like they took a firm toothbrush and labeled it as "extra soft". My gums hurt after using this, and I wouldn't buy any oralB toothbrush again.Customer Review: Is This A Legal Sale?

I received a set of 6 toothbrushes, extra soft, that was ok. However, the brushes are individually packaged, and clearly marked "NOT FOR RETAIL SALE" on the back of each package. Is this a legal sale, or do I need to return the items?
