Customer Review: NOT GOOD FOR SENSITIVE TEETH PEOPLE

I would NOT recommend this toothbrush to people who have even a slight sensitivity to rough brushing and vibrations directly on thier teeth. I don't have extreme sensitive teeth, but when I bought and tried this toothbrush out, it was WAY TOO ROUGH and I had to stop using it after 3 trys with it. My wife has a ORAL B 3000 series, and hers has a special lower speed on it for the more sensitive teeth, and that is a much better toothbrush, I want to buy one like hers, but for now until I get that money, I'll stick to my $5 toothbrushes.... If you have hard teeth, this brush would work fine for you...Customer Review: Rip off

I really liked my Sonic brush, but can't find it or replacement brushheads anymore. So, I bought one of these as a replacement. Not impressed at all. Replacing the brushhead is impossible. The instructions tell you to use the "quick release tool" to remove the brushhead. No such tool came with it, nor is this incredible trademarked tool indicated on the diagram in the instructions. Now I'm stuck with a wornout toothbrush and $25 bucks worth of worthless replacement brushheads. Shame on you Oral B.Customer Review: Not what I was looking for

I looked for a replacement handle for the Oral-B Professional Care that we had had for years and liked. I was quite disappointed when I received the product: It feels flimsy and only the very top of the toothbrush (bristles) are exchangeable (and it's quite difficult). Not suitable for couples or families that each want their own brush but share the handle. I ended up buying a more expensive model. I'll probably use this one for traveling and throw it out when the bristles are gone.Customer Review: Unacceptable

This electric tooth brush is just too loud to use. I bought it as a replacement unit for my wife. She said it is so loud that it is uncomfortable to use. I have to agree since when in use you can hear it all over the house. I don't know if it is one bad unit or if they are all like this since I have nothing to compare it with.
