I should have known from the unbeatable price that the toothbrush heads might be a little suspect...and I was right. We noticed immediately that the heads rattled loudly when in use, they didn't fit properly on the toothbrush and the construction was slightly off from the ones we purchased in CVS. I wasn't convinced of their authenticity and contacted the seller. The saving grace of this transaction was that the seller was pleasant and easy to deal with, my return went smoothly and I got my refund without any problems. I'm grateful for that but now know that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is...Customer Review: They are medium bristles, so skip 'em!

They don't label the packages, but I called Oral-B and learned that the bristles on this are medium. Every dentist I've ever seen says that soft is a necessity for long-term gum care. Why Oral-B doesn't make a soft is beyond me.
