I've always suffered from a persistent but mild bad breath probably due to high levels of bad bacteria in my mouth. That's why I was very very pleasantly surprised that within the first day of taking Swanson's Oral Probiotic, my breath problem is gone. I mean, totally gone! I suck on one in the morning after my morning coffee, and it totally gets rid of any bad smells from my mouth, including my bitter, strong coffee breath. I follow it up in the evening after dinner. My tongue, from having a thin white film coating, is now pink. The great thing is, these lozenges/chew tabs taste like a lovely strawberry yoghurt candy instead of a breath remedy (which can be embarrassing). You can even offer it to friends without looking like a health freak!
For those of you (like me in the past) with breath problems, having this in your purse/bag is a must. Besides, the bottle is tiny and easily portable. I supplement Swanson's Oral Probiotic with a multi-strain probiotic capsule daily, and together they work wonders! I think I will be buying this product for a long, long time.
