These inserts are so thick when placed it a bra the top of the bra cup does not touch my skin. I can't bend down without someone being able to see them from the top and if I try to push the down further they stick out the bottom. I have 10 bras and it only worked with 1. The only way I would suggest wearing this is with a bra that's 2 cup sizes bigger than what you are it can't be deep plunge and it has to have an underwire to keep the inserts in place and from moving around. Ill just have to find more bras that I can wear this with. The good thing about these are they do feel like breast tissue when warmed. Just heavy breast tissue. I purchased this product after reading the numerous positive reviews. I was so excited when I received it in the mail and tried them on instantly. However, there was not a single bra I owned that I could make these work with. I am a small A and no matter what I did or how I put these in my bras there was always a gap or a pull, or part of the silicone showing. I do not feel it gave me any more clevage, and I feel it made me have an unnatural shape from a profile view. They were also quite heavy. I would not recommend this product.Customer Review: Not realistic

I bought these and was so excited to try them based on the reviews, however, after trying them they do not deliver. I bought these to put into my bathing suits, but they are too heavy and make my boobs look like they are saggy. They also do not stay in place in your bra for normal use. I am so confused as to why people are saying that they stay put, I even tried double sided tape and again too heavy. I am giving this product 2 stars, because maybe I am using them wrong? I really liked these when I opened the box. They come in very nice packaging and they are very similar to "Curves" but I wore them only once and there is already a tear in one of them! I have used the curves brand several times throughout the years and they have eventually torn as well but it took months or years of continuous wear before that happened not one day! Im a 32 A after breastfeeding 3 children. I was so excited to finally get these in the mail. I snuck them in my purse and went to a department store and tried on every bra in all shapes and sizes. These do not work for me. All of the bras leave an open gap at the top bc the insert is so thick at the bottom. They are very heavy too. Plus the silicone pad hung out the side of most of the bras.
