I got this almost 2 months ago and absolutely LOVE it! It stays exactly where you put it on and cushions great. The only problem I have is that I tend to sleep warm, so I sometimes wake up with my leg sweating inside of this. As far as I'm concerned, though, that's a small price to pay for not having aching knees all night and in the morning, not to mention the backache from being misaligned. I always sleep on my side and couldn't find anything that would actually stay in place the whole time. This is inexpensive, easy to use, and machine washable. If the foam does pack down any, a run through the wash fixes it right up. I put it in a lingerie bag (to keep it from being damaged by the machine) and wash it first thing in the morning so it has all day to air dry (I won't risk using the dryer on it). I'm about to order another one so I won't have to worry about it drying in time for bed. Definitely worth it!
