I bought these in conjunction with a pair of Oster Fast Feed clippers because I also cut a couple of friends'/family's hair that require the longer guard length, and the one's supplied with the Fast Feeds only go up to a #4 (1/4 in). I've got to say these things are pretty amazing. They have a spring on them that keeps them secure to the blade and wiggle free. Much better quality than ones that had came with the a pair of Wahls that I had bought the fast feeds to replace which were loose and were VERY noisy when the clippers were turned on(which caused me to buy the fast feeds) , and the stock ones, which were also better than the Wahls, but still had a slight gap between them and the blade, causing them to slightly move when pressure is applied. (Now the Wahls I had were a pretty cheap pair, so I can't speak for all of the attachments.)
Overall very nice, wiggle free, noiseless clipper guards/combs!

Looking to replace the combs on my Andis Dog Clippers, I searched for a durable set that would fit any clippers in my possession. I have some 20 year old clippers that my parents had (that still works), and put the spring loaded comb onto the clippers. The fit was perfect and the durability of the combs was exactly what I was searching for to cut my Bichon Frise's hair. He enjoys getting his hair cut and the comb passed through his short hair with ease and without flexing like so many low end combs can do.
The hard plastic construction with the spring loaded mechanism allows for a perfect fit.
The versatility of the set, allows me to cut my dog's hair at any length, I choose. I keep my Bichon's hair short for the puppy cut style that limits him from matting.
Highly recommend.

After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant to buy this product since I have the Oster Professional 76023-510 Fast Feed Clipper that several reviewers state these combs do not fit. Once I received them I initially could not get the combs on the clipper. However once I adjusted the blade height lever from the short cutting setting to the long cutting setting the comb easily snapped on like it is supposed to. Once the combs are on the full range of blade adjustment is still available. The combs stay secure and do not vibrate or rattle in operation. Overall these are much better than the plastic snap on combs that came with the clippers.Customer Review: Great with fast feed or any clippers

I was very worried about these combs because of some reviews I've read about them not fitting the Oster Fast feed clipper, which I had purchased. The combs fit great, I assume the people who had problems couldn't figure out the mechanism - it's a spring-loaded clip and the springs can be a bit stiff at first. Just put the metal tabs on the back of the blade and press forward, they fit like a dream, and from what I can tell, universal is right, this design should work with any clippers. Very high quality, worth what I thought of as a high price for clipper combs.Customer Review: How did I live without these ?????????

So I've been cutting my own hair for I seriously could kick myself for not finding these sooner, they are not the same cheap snap on ones that come with the cheap-o clippers you get at target, you know, the ones that pop off every chance they get, these are the total opposite.......easy to use, don't come off till you want them too (held on by a spring loaded clip), AND its a full set of 1-10, not 1-6 like the cheap sets. This is obviously made for the pro barber and to me worth twice the price.
