This thing worked for me. It is based on both-cycle length and saliva. I bought the one with the oral and vaginal sensor. I was ovulating much earlier in my cycle than a "normal" person. My husband and I had been trying for over 3 yrs. I had textbook 28 day cycles. The fact that I was ovulating a few days early in my cycle was the reason we could not get pregnant. The month we conceived, I had hurt my back somehow. I thought we were out for the month. BUT-it tells you your 2 peak days each month, so we made sure that we took advantage of those 2 days, and that's all it took! I would recommend this monitor for anyone who is having a difficult time conceiving. We have our beautiful baby girl because of it.
