This product is the best kept secret. It was recommended to me by my ENT after having septoplasty with a cartilage graft. My first bottle was given to me by the doctor after I complained of the smell from the blood and mucus in my nasal passages a week after surgery. I was keeping both passage very clean using q-tips and hydrogen peroxide, as well as using a saline rinse. The first time I used the Ponaris, I was disgusted with the medicine smell. However, after about the third time I used it, I was absolutely hooked. The smell is so refreshing, and makes my nasal passages seem so clean and fresh. The lubricating feeling from the oils in this product have not been duplicated by any other nasal rinse or gel that I have tried, and I have since tried many of them because of the difficulty in finding Ponaris at my local pharmacy. I have told so many people that suffer from nasal dryness, allergies, etc. about this product that I almost feel like I should be a rep for the company that makes this.
