If you loo
This helps boost your endurance level during runs. I noticed the effects during the first dose. Most people say thats a placeabo effect. Probably is though. They say supplements like this don't really effect the body until after a week of using it. This is an affordable supplement that would be great for anyone doin cardio activity.
Taste
It taste bitter, so I would recommended taking a scoop in your mouth and then jug water. Caution do not get Citrulline Malate on your teeth. It will make your teeth feel sensitive.
Also on a side note.
Xtend contains Citrulline malate as well. Xtend probablly when of best recovery supplements there is,but it is pricey.
Mixing 1 scoop of this and 2 scoops of Xtend can stretch out the servings.
