We originally stocked up on Pampers Newborn diapers but when our son arrived early at 37 weeks, we quickly realized that Newborn diapers were way too big. Amazon to the rescue! We overnighted a case of these Swaddlers Preemie and now they snuggly fit his body. Occasionally we will get some wetness on his back from leaking but this is only once in a while and probably not a fault of the diaper. In general we are pretty amazed at how much stuff stays INSIDE the diaper and keeps everything else clean and dry!
