This sleek ergonomic product looks good and feels good. I purchased this item as a replacement for an epilator that had reached retirement.
When I found the Panasonic ES2025V model, I was looking for quality and price. Assuming that epilator performance had reached an industry-wide level of efficiency and precision, I settled on the Panasonic model.
This epilator's performance is marginal when compared to the one I previously owned. The quirky jiggly head decreases precision. It misses the short fine hairs and picks up the thicker hairs.
The manual states that more efficiency can be achieved by removing the guard. I did. Yes, it improved the performance, but not to an acceptable level.
I prepared my skin by exfoliating and washing; then, drying. I held the skin taught. Still, performance was comparatively poor.
I will replace this item with one made by the company that manufactures the one I retired to the back of the cabinet. It still has one set of discs that work -- and it's still better than the new ES2025V model.

This product just creates more problems that are too time consuming to bother with. If you can manage to get past the pain and actually rip the hair out, you soon realize that the product just won't get every single hair and you end up having to shave anyway. Then when the hair grows back, it's all in-grown under the skin and you spend the next two weeks picking out each hair with a needle and exfoliating your skin too death. This one is just not worth it. I'd take shaving any day over the red, bumpy, in-grown hairs.Customer Review: if there was 0 i would give it

frankly suggest not to buy..will regret a lot after buying.. ooooo...aaaa.....ouchhhh.....tooo painful and hair starts growing in a weeek...and taking very timeee to finish one hand..
the adapter was spoiled in no time
