Before buying this razor, I had a Panasonic wet/dry that worked fantastic. Unfortunately it got dropped and broken, and I had to replace it. This razor at the time was the closest model to what I had. Initial thoughts when receiving it were 1) cheap plastic housing, 2) the swivel head seemed low-quality and was too "floppy". I have been using it for about 6 months now and the battery and motor seem to be dying. At first, the razor was strong and cut well, but now it bogs down and when my beard is thick it can actually stall out the razor with 100% charge. Im really disappointed and will be calling Panasonic for a refund.Customer Review: Don't waste your money on a Panasonic Shaver

Seemed like a nice shaver, but it quit working a few months after purchase. When I contacted Panasonic, they replied that I would have to ship it to them, and after 2 weeks they would let me know if they will cover it under warranty. It's only a few months old!! What am I supposed to do about shaving for 2 weeks? Use a blade? I will just buy a product that has service behind it instead. Don't waste your money. The product is no better than the service behind it. Panasonic doesn't have it together.Customer Review: Horrendous shaves

Received as a gift.
Wet my face in the shower. Come out and apply shaving cream.
Repeatedly pass over certain spots on my face without the shaver making much of a difference.
Tried the shaver "dry."
Just as bad.
This will be a return.

I purchased this razor and used it only intermittantly for a few months. Soon it began failing to fully charge and finally wouldn't hold a charge at all, rendering the razor useless. I expected more for a razor of this value and won't buy another one.
