I've used Brauns, Norelcos and even other Panasonics but this one has all of them beat. Shaves just as close as a blade without irritation. Easy to clean up even if you don't use the cleaning machine that comes with it.
By the way, you can trust Amazon to delivery. The postal service lost my original order and upon notifying Amazon they had a new unit express shipped to me at no additional cost!
