I have had three Panasonic shavers in the past 15 years. Threw the first one away after having it for 4 years accidently. My second one is still working but wanted to try the swival head one. I love the shave and the service I have goten from them. Best ever! Would buy and recomend to all. I bought this shaver for my husband for Christmas. I wasn't sure if it would be any better then the last couple of electric shavers he has own and used once only to discover that he didn't like them. This was a hit and he uses it everyday and comments on how great a shave he gets from his new electric razor. I've got very sensitive skin with a very tough beard. I've used the Braun for years, thinking it was the best thing out there. I saw this on Amazon (and it happened to be on sale that day), and decided to take a flyer on it. It turned out to vbe a great decision. I reviewed ALL electric razors for my man, this one by far is the best purchase for your money. My man is "Hairy", thick hair, he could probably grow a beard within a few days - He loves this razor and it doesn't chaffe his face.
Highly recommended!

Shaving has always been an ordeal for me, untill I purchased this product. The comfort of an electric shave in the shower solved all issues. When I get out of the shower, I'm done!! I love this product. For what it's worth, I'm over 60, and have tried every conceivable method,technique, product, and shortcut to shave grooming. This is the only way to go!
