I love these as they are very easy to switch from shoe to shoe and they give you a great little arch lift. They are a self sticking product and if they collect the fuzz from your socks and don't seem to stick any more, just rinse them in water and they are as good as new. You do not see these so they can be used in sandals as well.Customer Review: Not what I expected

I have to wear orthodics and have been using cork inserts to build up my arch. Thought these gels would work
but they are too big for my shoes and move around a lot.

I've had the Peda Bella Gel Arch Cushions for over three months now and haven't used them. I spent a long time considering these before I bought them from Amazon and, when I finally did, can't get them to stick into the shoes. It takes a little work getting them properly placed, but the adhesive wears off almost as soon as the backing is removed. Maybe I'll try double-stick tape... I still think they may work well, but they haven't been one of my high-priority projects.Customer Review: Not much use

Tried these in slip on sandals. They do not stick properly and end up moving around on the insole of the shoe as you walk. Would not recommend them.
