I always wear these toe cushions when running longer distances...training for marathons...You can't feel them & they keep your toes separated which avoids blisters & rubbing...I could not run over 13 miles w/out them...every time I do, I get a blister...This product has saved my feet & allowed me to continue doing what I love to do...run!!!...
