Have had this for 3 years so probably did not buy it from Paul here. But it has helped out with a problem my GYN told me how to fix...sort of. I tried her suggested products without much satisfaction...weighted eggs? This item worked much better. It stretches the muscle literally that may atrophic from age or lack of use. So you can start off with the smaller based bulb and work your way up to the larger one. By pumping air in you then stretch out your tight parts and really it only takes 1-2 times a week to maintain things after you've reached your goal. I recommend this to anyone with the issue of painful exams. It could be a possible toy for others too. I've had both bulbs pop off now & again...you need to be careful with the lubricant getting under the seal as it probably is the cause. Also you don't want to blow this item up so high it explodes off either. The item I got came with both sized bulbs and was told they do have a longer and narrower one that is meant for anal use. This item solved my problem. Meantime I lost it..of all things. Too many drawers! I don't find the guage much use. I depend on the feedback from touch. It is well made considering the price of some of the items I was suggested otherwise to try. The weighted eggs were annoying to say the least even if they do strengthen and stretch they were difficult to use.
