Despite the positive review below these are not do it all insoles. They barely flex and if you use them for too long will cause a feeling like a rock under the middle of your feet, and yeah, that hurts. They are temporary solutions. Insoles like these are generic by the way, you will notice ones with the same shape and look, just different colors. They are sold at the Good Feet Store and that store is a rip off that employs scammers to fool you into paying something like a hundred dollars for these things. And amazon moderators, why did you delete my comment about that, stop harassing.
